Glayonce Pinky Shares Her Musical Journey

Fast Rising Afro Pop Artist, Glayonce Pinky opens up about her humble beginning with her musical journey.

Though it was not a smooth ride she always knew music soothes and stirs the soul like nothing she has ever encountered.

She discovered her passion for singing at a very young age.
“I started singing and dancing at very young age Church back in Kenya, i was  never shy”. says pinky.

Being a single mother did not stop her from chasing her dreams, she went to college and studied aviation and later  secured a job with Delta airlines. she also studied cosmetology in college. upon her relocation to USA, she joined the church choir since dancing and singing was part of her.

She never stopped looking for opportunities, Her breakthrough came in 2018 when she did Kwangwaru cover by Diamond Platnumz which garnered over 1.5 million views . since then she has released a couple of songs which were well received here in Kenya and USA.

Pinky has shared a stage with famous artists such as Akothee in USA Minnesota. in 2019, she performed at the Diaspora event in New Jersey where Hon Martha Karua and Musalia Mudavadi were in attendance. She has also performed in other major events in Texas, Minnesota and Kenya

Other than singing, she is an entrepreneur and she has her own company www.glayoncecollection.com

Her main goals as an artist is to help orphans children “my main reason for starting music is  to support the Orphans. I have my own foundation www.glayoncefoundation.org which i started 5yrs ago and am able to support alot of kids and my goal as an artist is to support more orphan kids.” she says.
